About Us

Siraj Associates is a premier construction and contracting firm based in Kochi, Kerala, renowned for delivering excellence in civil construction, technical consultancy, project management, and interior and landscaping works. Founded by Mr. Mohammed Siraj, a distinguished chartered civil engineer with over 30 years of industry experience, Siraj Associates is synonymous with quality, innovation, and reliability in the construction sector.

Mr. Mohammed Siraj, the driving force behind Siraj Associates, is an accomplished civil engineer who graduated from the prestigious Government Engineering College, Thrissur, in 1988. His remarkable career began with the establishment of Delta Projects in 1995, a civil contracting firm where he served as the Managing Partner until 2001. His leadership and vision played a pivotal role in transforming Delta Projects into Delco Project Pvt. Limited, where he held the position of Executive Director from 2001 to 2011. Following this, he led Faizaan Interiors and Developers as the CEO from 2011 to 2019, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.
